Our pleats are made in our workshops in Ambérieu-En-Bugey by our specialized operators.

They have mastered all our types of pleats: flat pleats, wave pleats, chevron pleats, crystal pleats. Whether by the kilometer or on parts of garments, our workshops hum with the sound of our machines and our pieces come to life through these different skills that are at the heart of Cotélac's DNA.

Our specialized operators place the garments on a table, one by one. The time spent crushing them breathes life into our clothes, making each one unique, each garment different from the others with random folds transforming the fabric.
