You have 14 days after receiving your order placed on the online store to return all or part of your purchases for a refund if they do not suit you.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition (they must not have been worn or washed) and must have their labels attached.
To request a return:
Directly via your customer account, in the "My Orders" tab, click on your order number, then on the item(s) you wish to return.

PLEASE NOTE: For all returns of defective products, we ask that you inform us in advance and provide photos when submitting your return request.




Once you have selected all the items you wish to return, you can pack your parcel and send it back to us.
As a reminder, if you choose to use our prepaid label, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing, even if you purchased items during a promotional period or from an outlet store. The return package must be dropped off at a post office or pickup point within 48 business hours of your return request. We recommend that you keep the proof of deposit signed and dated by the post office or retailer where you drop off your order.
Upon receipt of your package, and if it complies with our return policy*, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
