DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all contact details and delivery information are accurate. Cotélac cannot be held accountable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information. Should any products be lost or damaged during delivery, the customer must notify Cotélac customer service promptly at cotelacwestport@gmail.com. Any issues observed at the time of delivery (e.g., open or damaged parcels) must be reported to the carrier upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only after full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.

Shipping and Handling

Cotelac.us ships only within the United States and cannot ship to international addresses or PO boxes. Orders totaling $1000 or more require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

Shipping Options:

- Standard Home Delivery: Free on orders over $200, or $20 shipping fee  

- Express Home Delivery: $45  

Returns:

Merchandise, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, undamaged, unwashed condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Shoes must be returned in their original box in unused condition. 

Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part with the original shipment. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for your return and keeping the tracking details for your records. Once we receive your return, and it has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

- Returns via UPS / USPS are preferred.

Exchanges:

Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original, undamaged, unwashed condition with all tags attached and a copy of the original receipt. Shipping and handling fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless there was a shipping error. Exchanges are subject to availability, and Cotélac reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy requirements.
